"ACCOUNT" button.

8. Now, you can start to use the CHARGE mode you have chosen.
NOTE:
- Change your current mode to one of the CHARGE modes. Your
account is charged by the price shown.
- If you have any un-used charge time remaining, it will be
carried over.
| 4.2.
How do I get a future CHARGE usage mode? |
The steps to get a future CHARGE usage mode are almost
the same as the steps to get a current CHARGE usage mode described
above, except: You click on "Change" button in 'Future Mode'
line of 'Your Current Settings' group on "User Account - Current
Setting and Usage" window.
NOTE:
Your account balance is not changed when you change your future
usage mode because the usage has not applied yet. You are only
charged when you really use it.
| 4.3.
What is the future CHARGE usage mode for? |
The future CHARGE usage mode is for your convenience to
have an uninterrupted service. By setting the future mode, our
system will automatically update your usage service on monthly
basis and all your un-used charge time will be carried over.
By default, your future usage mode is 'Free Mode'.
| 4.4.
Can I change mode from a CHARGE mode to FREE Mode? |
Yes, you can. But we strongly don't suggest you to do that.
In this case, you will lose all your un-used CHARGE mode time.
| 4.5.
How does EnglishMaster manage time? |
All usage time within EnglishMaster is monthly based.
All usage modes provide some free usage time. But only charged
modes provide charged time which gives you full access to all
content resources. Free time and charge time are counted separately.
Within one month, if you use up one usage time, you can not
access this usage mode any more. So you have to get another
CHARGE mode as described above (see How do I get
CHARGE usage mode?)
When the usage time reaches one month boundary, the system resets
you account based on your future usage mode (by default, it
is 'free mode').
If you want a continuous service without losing your un-used
charge time, we recommend you to set your future usage mode
to one of charged modes. Otherwise, you may lose your remaining
charge time, see Why do I lose all un-used remaining
charge time?
You can also learn How can I prevent from losing
un-used remaining charge time?
| 4.6.
Why do I lose all un-used remaining charge time? |
All usage time within EnglishMaster is monthly based. If
your current usage is expired, you current usage will be reset
based on 'Future Mode' setting. Therefore, if your 'Future Mode'
setting is 'free mode', you are going to lose all un-used charge
time.
| 4.7.
How can I prevent from losing un-used remaining charge time? |
There are two ways to prevent you from losing un-used remaining
time.
- Set you 'Future Mode' at one of charged mode and make sure
you have enough fund to buy this mode in the future time.
- Or, get a CHARGE usage mode before the current one expired.
| 5.1.
In 'Full Test' section, after I finished a section, I see a
blank a window on screen and timer is still running. What should
I do? |
You finish all your questions before this section time
is elapsed, so you can take a break and wait for next section
to start.
| 5.2.
What if I have a question about one particular test content? |
Please email
your detailed question with category name (TOEFL, or GRE, or
GMAT), and subject name (Listening, Reading, Verbal Word, etc),
and record id (There is a unique record id for each test content,
it is shown on the middle of the lower part of application window)
to our
test content expert.
| 5.3.

Yes. the EnglishMaster does provide answers for all practice questions, some of them with explanations. However, we strongly recommend you to think over and try to work it out by yourself first.
| 5.4.
Do I get a score after I finish a full test? How precision is it? |
Like the real CBT, you get a score right after you finish a full test. The precision of a score in the Charged Mode is 99% close to the real test result. Because the Charged Mode has a huge resource base.
| 5.5.
Can I make my own practice selection based on my own situation? How flexible is it? |
Yes, the EnglishMaster is designed to be flexible for practice. Unlike other English leaning software with which a user has to go through an entire section in order to access the next one even though the user only wants to repeat one question, EnglishMaster allows users to select any section of TOEFL
GRE GMAT and pick up any item and repeatly practice it. The "Random Selection" let users go through test materials and the "Manual Selection" let users locate a particular one for repeat.
